Following several user requests we've changed the way the Annual downloads work and merged our registration and subscription account system into one.

To access your Annual download please do the following.

  • Visit your original order page for the Annual 2012. You can retrieve the link to that page through our order tracking page simply by entering the email you ordered with.
  • Register your Annual 2012 serial number listed on that page. If you already have a registration, you can simply use the "Add" button to add the product to it. Otherwise "Create a registration" from the order page.
  • Once registered, open the Subsription tab on the registration page and click the Download icon next to the Annual 2012 entry. It has all the download links for the current subscription

If you have any problems using the above process, or you don't have access to your order email anymore, simply contact us with your name and email and we'll sort this out for you.
